Unfortunately the app disallowed to input mobile phone from gift recipients manual but requested to access to phone contact. I wonder why ?

The apps require user to upload the receipt on time to gain point which is troublesome. You will still get auto rejected even though when they allow you to click appeal when you submit more than a week

Please upgrade the quality of the photo that’s uploaded into the app. It’s so ridiculous that my receipts of high value is rejected a few times due to blurred images. Mind you, I took photo with my iPhone 16 camera which is so high definition that when I zoom in I can even see small crisp on the receipt. But then when I upload the photo onto the app? The quality reduce to like the photo was taken 10 years ago, then rejected due to blurred image.

After the App was being updated, it logged me out. I have to re-login but when I open up the App, there is no selection for members login. It only has “Continue as Guest” “Login a Tourist” and “Enter mobile number to continue”. I used “Enter mobile number to continue” and it immediately directed to a page which need to fill up all the information for sign up. I can’t login with my info to the App to check my points and voucher details which expiring soon, please help to fix ASAP, Thanks!

I often said to my friends that CapitaLand Mall has the best designed car park and also well managed. A tribute to their management

Tried to use the app today and it took forever to load - constantly giving me a “try again later” pop up. Was trying to use it to redeem capitastar voucher and it’s quite bothersome if the app is going to be buggy when you are trying to make payment at the counter.

App keep crashing when it loads the pop up window of the clawsome bday. Can’t seem to press the x button to close and during loading it just freezes and shut down

Updated to newest version. Opens, see home page then crashes. App auto kills and closes. Delete reinstall, issue persists. Appreciate fix

Been a CapitaLand member ever since I was an adult and all I can say is that this app is very insincere in rewarding shoppers. Carpark dollars are always unable to be redeemed using the points somehow, citing reasons that it is “Fully Redeemed”, which is laughable, considering that they are a building conglomerate which controls the parking fees and etc! Also, they made the carpark redemption page only available on the second last tab like they are hoping that you wouldn’t even notice it exists, which speaks volumes about how eager they want you to redeem it on their tenants instead of their carpark! Points are also really hard to earn, as compared to their mall competitors, time for them to wake up their idea if they want to lure back shoppers to dine and shop with them!
