Many shops round up the prices. Users cannot input dot [.] in amount.

C’mon! Prices of items and services in the malls are already higher than the outside ones. I don’t like this way of making money (by rounding up) but surprisingly the app let them do that. One star!

Impossible to login

I’ve been trying for days to login via app, mobile, PC and I just keep getting “invalid code” after keying in OTC no matter how many times I’ve tried resending. Called the hotline, they just took my contact no. and didn’t call back. Useless.

Just error

The app does not open. Just gives a message “oops server busy”

cannot find the ecapital mall

i have shopped from the app before but now no options anymore? i have $50 voucher to spend but cant spend it helpppp!

Horrible app

App doesn’t load when I’m using mobile data. I can only upload receipts using home wifi

Capturing receipt function not working well after update to iOS17

After updating to iOS17, the camera function on this app is not working properly. It fails to capture what I have snapped on camera. Now I have to take a photo on my camera separately and upload separately to the app.

Misleading promotion for buying vouchers

Recent promotion on paynow is extremely misleading. Already bought vouchers and met criterias defined in terms and conditions but was told there is another unmet criteria (which is not even found in the online terms and conditions page). As a consumer, i felt this is unreasonable!

Horrible customer journey for password reset

Lost my password and not able to reset , keep getting “ email registered to more than 1 account” msg
