The app used to be top class but in the last few months there have been so many bugs and issues. Considering switching banks now.
The latest frustration… In an attempt to protect clients the ability to load cards into ApplePay has been disabled, with the instruction to go into Capitec app and enable it on the cards tab. This option does not exist! A month ago I logged this via support, they then escalated it to developers. I didn’t get a response back. I went into a branch and they also checked and found it was definitely a bug or tech issue. They then escalated and were even on the phone with support. I am still waiting.. issue has not been resolved.
