I just got a letter today saying I owed an additional $49.08 and I had to pay it by November 30 which I did by the way. I don’t understand Why they can’t send me a paper bill instead of putting everything online. It’s very frustrating that I have to take the extra steps to try to find my bill or my bill statement online it doesn’t cost a lot of money capital federal and I will remember this when I get my next mortgage in a year.. Cap Fed is starting to lose their customer service that they use to have.
