pizza isn’t good enough for the effort it takes to make an order, for example; no such thing as a backspace or return page - it’ll undo the entire order. 

Easier to order through the Justeat app and pay a little extra then this poor excuse for an app.

Never have i ever seen an app more horribly designed. Was it made by 4 ye olds? The order section in complete madness and the tracker aint even there? And why does it take 45 mins tk arrive when ur 15 mins dive  fown the road? I asked for a 12” they gave me 7”??? Get me the hell outta here deadass. If i could go lower than one, i would.

Sadly, I’ve been trying to order since they updated it and I’ve not been able to. I’ve had to do it over the phone as it says I do not have the postcode to deliver to my area, but I can see my order history and I can never even just press on it to reorder. I wish I would sort out this issue.

I used the app with a 30% discount to order food. All went well until I received my email receipt which showed I hadn’t received my discount, even though it was confirmed in the app. Trying to sort this out with Caprino’s has been a nightmare and I won’t be using them again - zero customer service.
