Be careful redeeming awards
Very difficult to assign an award unless at the restaurant with a server is there to scan. Orders for pickup are sequenced inappropriately for awards.

1/2 sandwich skimpy
Ordered 1/2 Bobbie. Had turkey and a little stuffing, not much else. Bet whoever made it spent 1 minute on it. Sandwich almost empty. You owe me a refund
A TERRIBLE APP
Not any better than using the website. It’s AWFUL. Look around, the other food chains have MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER apps.
App glitch on start up screen
It’s not allowing me access to the app as its stuck on “bringing up your account” forever… please fix

Rewards issue
We banked some rewards from orders we made on the app. Once we reached twenty dollars in the bank the reward points stopped. No matter what we did it stayed at 94 points for several weeks. We reached out through email and did not get a reply. We are using what rewards we have and we are uninstalling the app. We are done.

Terrible App Uses FOMO
App contains promotional redemptions that can only be used while physically in the store. Once activated, a 15 minute countdown begins. Am I supposed to get anxiety from missing out on “free extra meat?” That’s stupid and this app is stupid for a variety of reasons, such as not supporting Apple Pay, not supporting delivery even though I’m less than two miles from a store, and have having UI/UX in general. Get rid of the FOMO gimmicks and fix the delivery option!!
Don’t know where to begin…
Used points so I could order a sandwich (like I do nearly every week as I travel through County NV). AFTER I used my points, I find out that the location I usually stop at is no longer open. The blatant disregard for the loyal customer is astonishing.
Don’t use the app
The local stores don’t all carry the products on the app. You will find out after you order from them, get in the car to drive to the store, get a call saying “this store doesn’t carry tuna”. The kicker is when I asked for the receipt showing it was canceled since I was already there the store employee was yelling at me as I was walking out. Garbage app. Garbage service. Garbage company.
