Every single time I have a RX filled by Capsule there is an issue. They don’t deliver when it was scheduled to delivery, they don’t fill the RX at all. There is no support whatsoever. They say the quickest response is to chat in the app, but they don’t tell you that you won’t get a response until the next day at the earliest. This is a super shady company. Go look at their Better Business Bureau score: 1.28 out of 5

I made multiple orders that were canceled multiple times by capsule. As a result I was unable to get my medication in time for a medical procedure, costing me time and money.

I then sat on hold on the phone for >40 minutes unable to talk to anyone. 

This is unacceptable.

They filled my prescription originally it then stopped because they didn’t have insurance authorization suddenly. Instead of transferring it, they cancelled it. Total fiasco.

I don't leave reviews but I have a lot of medications since I was young. Capsule was suggested by my doctor and wow. Every courier is SO NICE and sweet. Completely free and tip is optional. Given every experience, I love to tip them. These people are amazing and help so many people. Thank you Capsule 🥲

Don’t ever forget your password. I tried setting up my account just now and used a google password. Well it doesn’t let you autofill so that was pointless. I tried the reset password link 4xs and still no email link to reset.

Absolutely insane that they auto add the tip…. This is medication. I don’t tip my pharmacist or my doctor for doing their job… won’t do it here either. Change this!!

The service became so much worse and I already transferred my pills back to transitional pharmacy like CVS. Now they can do whatever convenient for their own instead of for their customers. I had to wait for three hours each time and they could change that time window for you 10 min before the deadline. I had missed my pills twice and I switched my pharmacy.

They cancelled my delivery during the delivery window because “no one appeared to be home,” but they never even rang the bell! No text or call from the courier either.

I get txt notifications when they receive a prescription, I get txt notifications when I have a refil available, I get push notifications when I’ve gotten a message from the chat section on the app- but it gives me no notifications at any point during the delivery process???? No notifications when the driver has left the pharmacy or is approaching or has messaged me. I have to just check the app very often to make sure I don’t miss anything but it’s so weird that it doesn’t notify me- and the settings on the app are very rudimentary, there’s one switch to turn notifications on/off but no indication of what things you will get notifications for

It used to be excusable. you could speak to a human and they would help you when they made mistakes and could get your prescription delivered the same day. Now it’s bureaucracy as usual including a headache every month ( not sending the right amount of the script, maintaining that you have 2 accounts so demanding you fill out all yr personal information again, etc) 
Now they just drop trying to refill yr prescriptions unless you hound them and then they basically just tell you to call yr dr yourself 
O well they aren’t the only game in town anymore
