I rely on this for phone calls, as I am deaf and cannot hear well enough with my CI as of yet. It’s a 50/50 chance that the call will be scratchy and inaudible at all, or that transcription will be delayed, completely defeating the purpose. In addition, it picks up calls that have been blocked on my phone (spam numbers) and allows them through. and 8/10 times, “transcription is unavailable” for voicemails.
