Notas y Listas Reviews

Streamlined simplicity

Have been looking for a capture tool and cannot say how blown away I am by the features and integrations already available. The natural language and timestamps to boot make this such a great app to pull together my web of notes. Excited to see what else you have in store!

Stickie notes do not work on MacOS 14 Sonoma

Gforce23w on

United States

Stickie notes cannot be displayed in their own window due to this unfortunate bug. So the main feature of this app is broken on Sonoma. The developer responded quickly and issue is currently under investigation. Will update rating if/when bug is fixed.

Super quick capture app

This is what I originally used the Drafts app for, but it just became more than I needed. Capture is now my daily go-to app for quick capture of text and photos that I know I’ll need to route elsewhere later.

Love it!

So useful. Confused why Stock Notes app is not a destination?

Developer is responsive

The developer made updates when I noticed something not working. He stayed in contact with me, emailed several times, and let me know he fixed it. I appreciate it as it makes this app more useful to me.

Solid and getting better

With Camera Control on the new iPhone 16 series phones, and custom Lock Screen icons in iOS 18, I’ve added Capture to my Lock Screen and this is proving to be a very efficient way to quickly capture thoughts, tasks, and random bits of info throughout the day. The developer continues to add export locations, but already has the ones I need most (Craft and Things). Well worth the investment.

MacOS App Crashing a lot

The MacOS App keeps crashing everytime I hit the Enter key when creating a new capture note

What Apple's quick notes should have been

This has become an essential app for me. I would love to see the ability to pin and archive lists. I like to create lists for projects and it would be nice to archive them when done.

Very good start, could become pretty great

Capture is probably a rather niche app, but very good for my needs – obviously capturing quick notes, links, snippets, etc. It's been solid for me, and I really like the chonological ordering, the rich link previews, etc. If Capture adds a watchOS app with dictation, better Markdown support and more keyboard shortcuts I'm gonna add the extra star for sure 😉👍
