## Car Camera DVR PRO Reviews in United States

### ***** "Good"
Need screen rotation all around!
-- ScreenRotation, 2021-08-30

### ***** "Works Perfectly!"
GPS Coordinates ✅
Speedometer ✅
Video Quality ✅
Audio Quality ✅
Ability to set Video length ✅
No issues exporting video ✅

Five Star app! Purchased Pro version for $2.99 as it’s well worth it! Well done 👍🏻

Edit: Would be good if “loop recording” was available... but far from a deal breaker. Also for anyone with Apple CarPlay, be sure to use a power source that does NOT go through your CarPlay USB as it will not work. Use a different USB in your car / truck.
-- DMOGSLNJ, 2020-08-26

### ***** "Ugh"
This would be a good app if it had background recording and loop video. It just keeps recording minimum 1 minute video segments until all your memories gone on your phone and then the app shuts down. Needs background recording, shorter video segments and loop video with option of how much space to use on phone
-- kissigirl, 2020-08-24

### *---- "App crash"
Besides phone getting VERY hot it shuts itself off randomly. Had it on and thought I had video of a car running red light on me but it had shut itself off and I had no proof of red light run by other car.

App just closes. No warnings nothing. iPhone 6S with brand new battery and plugged into a battery pack. Phone set to stay on. Phone doesn’t shut off just the app closes all by itself.

Emailed them and heard nothing so far so leaving negative feedback.
-- carlybarly93, 2020-06-30

### ***-- "More technology needed"
Pro: It’s working.
Cons:
1. Video is shaking, no stabilization technology used for recording while driving.
2. Layout mess-up, in portrait mode, driving information overlays on the top of cellular, clock and battery indications.
-- YHU2002, 2019-08-28

### ***** "Car Camera Pro v4.3"
Car Camera Pro v4.3

Very good dash camera app for any iPhone with iOS 12. Feature requests:

1. Allow for rotation of iPhone.

2. Replace “Speed 30 - MPH” with
“XX 30 mph” where XX is N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, or NW.

3. Change color of Record, or Start/Stop, button to: Green initially, and Red when recording with no fading or blinking.

Thanks for your consideration for this excellent app.
-- Haystack1, 2019-02-28

### *---- "Turns off"
How can I make it record for long trips?
-- natale1953, 2018-05-09

### ***** "Crashing"
The app keeps randomly crashing. It doesn't get along very well with bluetooth. When playing music via Bluetooth, once you open the app the music stops and if the app is running and you turn on the music the recording stops and the screen freezes. You have to close the app and reopen it. Also, often times especially on trips longer than 5 minutes, as you try to stop the recording, the app shuts down and you find out that no video was recorded for the entire trip.
-- iRoper, 2017-08-01

### ***-- "H. White"
You have fixed the issue with the txt color option without the app crashing. I was able to get the txt color I want. Thank you. A new problem arose. I chose 5 min videos and 30 segments. The app stops working after one 5 minute video or a few minutes into the next video segment. I don't notice this because I'm driving, not paying attention to the video. It defeats the purpose of having your app especially heaven for bid I'm involved in an accident. Please fix this. Thank you
-- Ret/CO, 2017-07-30

### ***-- "Seems ok. Not great"
Just downloaded
Crashes if try font color change
Get what you pay for
Seems to work otherwise.
