Makes you pay $40 to log in just to THEN have you check car eligibility. If your car is eligible after that you will be told to pay ANOTHER $149/year to actually use the $49 app. This is a pathetic attempt to extort customers for every penny.
Still waiting on a refund after two months. No reply from tech support.
I downloaded this app and it doesn’t work with my car. I tried contacting the developers twice for my refund but no answer. It was $39.99 a year.
This app is a scam. It adds zero functionality and does nothing. The subscription is required to even see what the app MIGHT do. The subscription is impossible to cancel, I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month.
I was excited to see the capabilities of this app connecting to my recently purchased car. However when I chose the car manufacturer and tried to select the year of manufacture, the continue button would not function. Just kept changing the date. Disappointing for sure. I went to ATT and the helped me with the car function to use CarPlay without an app. So I am good now and no longer interested in this app. Thanks for your response.
Run from this one! Paid for the whole year and app doesn’t work?? won’t connect to my 2023 1500 ram… there’s no number?? no email?? No way to contact to get assistance. Only thing they have is a support option with a robot which I did more than once and still haven’t got any help… do yourself a favor and run
Put in my info, claims to work with for 93% of 2016 Toyotas. Have to pay $9.99 to get into app to find out it is not compatible
Before I paid it was showing that my car was compatible but once I paid it is saying that is not 😡 they just took my money I requested a refund and they don't even respond.
Said it was compatible with my car. Paid for it. When to create the account… wasn’t compatible. Requested a refund. Charged me anyway and won’t respond. Ripoff.
I’ve tried to connect my car to no avail. I sent several emails and got no response. They took my money. Clearly this app is a SCAM!!!!
