Zároveň i nejhorsi a nejmíň user friendly aplikace. Není jízdy, kdy bych aplikaci nemusel restartovat kvůli nějaké chybě. Občas se stane i to, ze me to odhlásí během jízdy. Momentálně jsem v rámci vánoční promo akce dostal nějaké minuty zdarma, které se nikdy nepropsali. Je to děs. Jediný duvod proc to občas beru je to, ze he to jediné auto v mé blízkosti. Až do chvíle, kdy jsem obdržel e-mail (cca 2 měsíce od použité auta) s výzvou abych se přiznal že ztratil klíč. S tím že při otevření auta, myslel že klíče v autě (nemůže nastartovat, pokud klíč není v autě), ale po příjezdu do obchodu se ukázalo, že žádný klíč není a auto nelze zamknout, s tím že hned bylo zavoláno na linku a vysvětleno, a tam pro slečnu to nebylo překvapeni, Auto na dálku zavřela a pak otevřela a já se s ním vrátil. A až za pár měsíců mi napsali, že jsem ztratil klíč a musím ho zaplatit. Po telefonickém vysvětlení ta komunikace proste šílena, zaměstnanci, kteří z jejich rozhovoru vypadají, že nemají ani vzdělání. Zaměstnanci říkají, že jste ztratil klíč v řece, Ve které řece?! trasa z centra Prahy do obchodu Glóbus neleží přes řeku, nebyla tam jediná zastávka a nevystoupili jsme z auta. firma funguje a komunikuje tak, že nechápe, kdo jsou její klienti. Využil jsem služeb této společnosti, když jsem měl auto (Mercedes třídy S) na servis a potřeboval jsem se dostat například do obchodu. Opravdu myslíte že potebuju od vašich aut klíče? A vžil ho s sebou, dělat s nim co?? Nebo jak ho mohl ztratit že za 15 min od začátku cesty už volal vám na info linku, a sám nahlásil že není klíče v autě. Nepříjemná komunikace i postup řešení. Because CZ banks don’t have database of foreigners, so that is why a lot of people can’t do verification. I don’t want to pay 10000 at once and then after contract cancellation wait more then 3 month to get my money back (a lot of people complained about it). I don’t want to do so, if I can do verification just by Moje ID. Now when I open the app it takes a while for my location to be set correctly. Then on every app open it shows some cars and then reloads after a while just to show that the cars are not there anymore. Huge drawback is the inability to edit reservations. Now you can see reserved car location in the same map. Services and pricing are fair and on par with competition. My first ride with Car4Way was exactly 3 years ago. Cars are generally well maintained and so far so clean.. Only wiper fluid is often missing. Parking is still expensive and frustrating with minute tariffs, so is any red light. This promotes unsafe and illegal driving and should be improved somehow. (Parking mode?) I'm still unhappy with billing - using credits to save money makes ride costs show as 0 for individual rides, which makes it hard to understand costs.
