I love the designs and the delivery services offered by caratlane.Besides placing the orders online, returns process was also easy. I would like to give 5 stars for their overall designs and service but rating it 4- star as they can improve pricing.
Great but I don’t want to use the website to shop from USA.. please make it available on app too …
The collections online are good. Something that seems unreasonable is the making charges. Sometimes the charges are 50% of the product value. I paid Rs.12,000 for kusum pendant and for exchange the value is just Rs.5000. Caratlane is just a fun place to shop but the worst place if you are purchasing the gold as investment. In addition, the delivery service is quite bad and the customer care people have zero empathy
Never came home with trial at home. Wasted my time and energy. Pathetic service.
The app has more options than website but it does not cover USA location. Please add USA country to your website.
Money is deducted from my credit card but my order is not delivered. This seems to be a fraud.
Have faced multiple issues with CaratLane website & app. They need to change their web / app development team!
