Carbon is a great loan app, but noticed some technical issues which has been unresolved since
The app is great, however the company should develop a way of addressing some technical issues without disrupting services to the customer. Take for instance, I have been trying to link my NIN with the app without any success and this NIN page keeps popping up without allowing me do any transaction on the app. I even found a way to report the matter to their customer service but the situation has not changed yet. I will be glad if something can be done urgently.

I forgot my pin but their is no way to log into the account again, I just open the app and after few days I forgot my pin, I have not make any use of the app

The app is full of bugs and issues, even to accept my nin seems to be a problem, I’ve been struggling with this since, please try and fix it thanks
You people are thieves.
I have been trying to repay my loan but you guys keep telling me to upgrade which I did but you refuse to update my app. My loan debt is 5k plus but I funded with 7k thinking I would repay my loan and purchase airtime with the remaining but you guys debited all my 7k. I can’t even do any transactions with the app again because you guys want to extort my money. I tried to close the account but you said I have an active loan. Please regularize this because I know when it is next month now, you will want to debit and start calling me. Stop this fraudulent actions and update my account. Thieves.
The app is not taking my application
It keeps taking me to application page after successfully applying it will take me to application page again.
NIN
For over a month, I have been trying to link my Nin to my account and it’s not working. Each I open the app, it takes me straight to the same page. Honestly I am tired of the app because I cannot even take part in circles, pay utilities and also have access to loans. For now, I’m suspending this account until the app is fixed.
