Never experienced such cheaters and looters in my life. They have charged double as my time exceeded only 7 minutes. Such fraudsters they are.

Car chalak service has proved me a big problem solver in case of emergency. I keep it in mandatory downloads under utility services like electricity and water.. Gurugram services are as good as Jaipur’s service..cheers to team CarChalak..

Headed from Delhi to Amritsar, super good road & a 8 hours smooth drive. The driver literally fell asleep while driving and we were almost on the verge of hitting the divider when we all shouted and he opened his eyes & took control over the car. We were at 100 Kmph while it happened, the car would have toppled 4-5 times if we’d have hit the divider, & maybe I wasn’t alive to write this if I wouldn’t have screamed. Although I’m not giving 1 rating because of this but because of the rash driving, overtaking the cars at the last moment, accelerating too much on the 1st/2nd gears, narrow turns, and while he was resting in Amritsar he kept sitting in the car keeping the AC on. These 2 things - excess acceleration & AC on while car was idle for hours got too much pressure on the engine that it started indicating red symbol for engine-check on the dashboard. Now I’ll also have to take my car to the showroom just to investigate that. While I was booking, I did ask CarChalak to assign me a slow driver, a matured and an experienced person but this wasn’t followed and we were sent a beginner I guess. Sandeep, the driver was well spoken n everything but he is extremely weak in his profession. As it was late at night, I had asked the driver if we can take a halt at night for a sleepover at some hotel but he insisted to continue driving back. After the nap incident, I just couldn’t trust him & I myself took the wheel and drove home for the last 150 Kms. I do not intent for any refunds coz I’ve already paid your complete fee online but Im just glad we made it home safe. Saved by the bell.

mene innova car ke liye driver kota tha is app se for 3days and i giving u r8 information ki is app se driver jo bhi arahe ha sub ruff driver ha and unhone meri innova ke tyre ko punchare hone pe bhi car run kra tha and car bhoot ruff use ki and car ko back se and driver left side se dump bhi krdiya i request is app se ap driver soch samaj ke lee and apne local side koi known driver ko hire kre..

Totally irresponsible and careless app. I booked a driver for my 31st new year eve eve party. Carchalak app driver called and fixed the pick up time also but he didn’t come at all. And when i asked him then he said he was sent on another ride. My mood was really so spoiled really. I would never recommend this car chalak app for booking driver its not at all worth and reliable. Minus start from my side 👎🏻
