I love the BP credit card because I love my discount on gas with each purchase and can use to purchase anything else… just about!! Payment is sooo easy on their app also!!! KUDOS BP!!!

The best credit card

Was never able to effectively log in to view my account. It wouldn’t let me accept the user agreement, then wouldn’t let me log on, then would send codes to my text and email, but wouldn’t finalize them when I entered them so I have no idea how to log on? I’ve installed and deleted and did a hard reset and reinstalled and nothing works! Absolutely infuriating.

This company does not abide by the law. They apply payments incorrectly to ensure you owe more fees, similar to what Wells Fargo got caught for years ago. I paid my balance in full per my current statement and they added fees and interest after the payment posted - on time. Now they have ruined my credit. Don’t trust them. Good luck & watch yourselves.

It’s been over a week and the app is still not functioning. “Your request cannot be completed. Please try accessing the website or return to the app later” I’ve deleted, redownloaded multiple times with no success… I’ve been told multiple different excuses, no more excuses and just fix it. Ever since my credit card servicing got transferred and FNBO added my additional cards to my online platform it’s been nothing but a mess. My rewards points are messed up, can’t access the app, my card information is messed up. Fix it, fix it, fix it! That Wells Fargo Active Cash 2% Cash Back card is looking more and more appealing.

This is the most trashy banking app I’ve ever seen. Never able to login, it forever shows “you request could not be completed” This app makes me reconsidering doing business with this bank.
