## Card by FNBO Reviews in United States

### *---- "App Login Malfunctions Constantly"
I have to delete and download this app multiple times a day to login and make payments. You can log in a couple of times, then it will randomly stop working. You cannot reset the password via the app or via a browser on a mobile device. To change the password, I always have to use my laptop. You can set alternative login options and use a passcode, but it also randomly stops working and I have to delete and reinstall the app. I called customer service once and they “have no idea why it would do that…that is so strange…they haven’t heard of that…” It is beyond frustrating. I’m wondering if the people managing the app authentication processes are a group of freshmen college students in their intro to information systems class using this as a first project. Please, please, please find someone to fix this.

### ***** "Easy"
Site is well laid out and easy to use! Payment options are clear and concise!
-- Whip10635, 2024-12-27

### ***** "Great App"
Easy to use and keep track of fuel. Other purchases as well.
-- StevenW-KY, 2024-12-25

### ***** "Love my bank!"
So glad I switched years ago—amalgamated/ FNBO has been super easy-to-use, has great customer service, and gives ample peace of mind that my money isn’t being used for fossil fuels. I’ve never looked back since making the switch!
-- shelayloo, 2024-12-16

### **--- "Doesn’t save more than one payment method"
Doesn’t save more than one payment method. Fix this and I’ll fix my review.
-- Mikey Dearest, 2024-12-13

### **--- "Clunky app"
The app is clunky and difficult to use. Needs to be updated.
-- Fiss7903, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Broken relationship"
Have a 700+ fico score and FNBO has kept my limit at $400 the last five years. Original bank TFC sold to Huntington. l keep this account open and get mailed statements, just because I’m frustrated.
-- MikefromVail, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Interest rate"
Ridiculous
-- Toronto based Bob, 2024-12-03

### **--- "auto fail"
Auto pay did not make the payment for the first month causing my first late payment!
-- SamsFan, 2024-12-02

### *---- "AMTRAK Credit Card"
Stay away from this card! Its is nothing but fees and poor customer service. It’s the worst CC carrier I have. So many better options out there than this.
-- User12795, 2024-12-01
