Don’t feckin sign up to these scum bags they hold any money you have sent in even if its from your partner asking for bank statements from whoever You’ve got money off you then have to ring them which charges you 11p a minute they don’t ever answer! It’s a feckin biggest bank scam out there don’t sign up to them report them to the financial obunsasman and get these feckers closed down

I opened an account , 1 week later my friend sent me money ,they held the money, then closed the account

all the reviews pretty much sums it up, keeping money hostage and asking for more proof after i provide them so clearly trying to keep my money. STAY AWAY !!!!

These guys are not a helping bank or any sort of bank at all. They use third party banks to hold funds, they over charge on fees and deliver nothing for the expensive £14 a month. They seize funds whenever they feel like it abs they’re very very rude mannered when and if you can get through to their poorly educated support.
