### **--- "Prepaid card accepted almost nowhere"
It would be a good service except if you choose the prepaid Mastercard option to receive your funds onto, they say the card is accepted everywhere Mastercards are accepted, and this is false. It is rejected almost everywhere. I managed to use it at Walmart, but only by entering it into the Walmart app and paying my with the app in the store. It has been universally rejected everywhere else - Apple Pay, in stores, online.

I had successfully sold about 15-20 gift cards on this site and then all of the sudden they removed money out of my pal pal for one card from like two weeks earlier. I inquired and they just ignored me. You will think it’s legit and then they make their move to steal from you. They only got $100, but I’m still mad about it. It’s a scam.

They don’t send money in 24-48 hours. They always find an excuse not to send it. They don’t care about you as a customer. I have repeatedly asked for issues to be resolved and they take their time. Don’t waste your time. I have spent hours trying to get these morons to figure out things. They don’t care!!!!!

I unfortunately should’ve heeded warning first, but since I only wanted to trade a 25$ gift card I went ahead with it except nobody answered me for weeks and by then screw it, but I gave them card # for the quote and they literally drained the card and never paid me !! Straight 100% trash , steer clear!

Horrible site/app. I tried selling a gift card and of course they want you to put in a credit card saying they will put $1 on hold. Well it ended up saying my bank declined the transaction so the order never went through so I figured if it doesn’t go through then they won’t still do the $1 hold because why would there be a hold when you are getting absolutely nothing. I tried twice to get my gift card to sell and the same thing. After I was looking at my email and I got an email twice that $1 was taking off my card so $2 altogether. Why is it taking my money when it wouldn't even sell my gift card. It makes no sense to me. I will try to sell or buy anything from this place again.

This app is a SCAM. Be very careful purchasing gift cards through them. Two of the four gift cards I purchased had a $0 balance. I emailed them to let them know and ask for a refund. They denied and I had to contact my credit card company. Disgusting treatment of customers. They lie, sell you zeroed out gift cards, then refuse to rectify. I deleted the app immediately after this incident and will never recommend it to anyone. There are other, reputable giftcard marketplaces out there….. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!

Attended to make legitimate purchase with my cards and continued having cancelled orders citing “fraud”. Garbage. Emailed customer service. They emailed back and advised nothing they can do. No phone number to call either. Cool concept, terrible execution. Move on.
