Cardilog is a blood pressure tracker that helps adults with high blood pressure keep an accurate home log, understand what affects their readings, stay on top of their medication and keep a clear record of it all.

It is built for people living with high blood pressure (hypertension), people taking blood pressure medication, and anyone who wants to keep track of their blood pressure at home.

KEEP A HOME BLOOD PRESSURE LOG

- Type in systolic, diastolic and pulse, or sync readings from any cuff that saves to Apple Health, so every reading is in one place.

- Import your history from a CSV file, a PDF report or photos of a paper log, so your trends start from day one.

- Tag readings, for example after exercise or when you feel stressed, to see which moments push your numbers up.

UNDERSTAND WHAT AFFECTS YOUR READINGS

- Compare morning with evening, weekdays with weekends, and your overnight dip to learn when your blood pressure runs highest.

- Ask Cardilog Intelligence, the built-in AI assistant, about your own readings. It looks at them alongside your sleep, steps and heart rate variability (HRV) from Apple Health, and you can send it a photo of a meal or a lab result.

- Check a daily stress score built from HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, activity and blood pressure, with tips for the days it runs high.

- Set targets for systolic, diastolic and heart rate, and follow a personalized daily plan toward them.

STAY ON TOP OF YOUR MEDICATION

- Add each medication with its dose and the times you take it, and get a reminder at each of those times so doses aren’t missed.

- Tick off doses as you take them and add a note about the day, so your readings sit next to what you actually took.

KEEP A CLEAR RECORD YOU CAN SHARE

- Create a PDF Blood Pressure Report for the dates you choose, with morning and evening averages, systolic and diastolic distribution, the full reading log, doses taken and your daily notes, all in one file you can keep or share.

- Export your blood pressure readings as a CSV file at any time.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Does Cardilog measure blood pressure?
No. Cardilog records and charts readings; it does not take them. Measure with a blood pressure cuff, then type the reading in or let it sync through Apple Health.

Which blood pressure monitors work with Cardilog?
Any monitor whose app saves readings to Apple Health, including models from Omron, Withings, iHealth, Qardio and A&D (check that your monitor’s app writes to Apple Health). Readings from any other cuff can be typed in.

Can I share my readings with someone else?
Yes. Send the PDF report by email or any app on your phone, or export your readings as a CSV file.

Can Cardilog remind me to take my blood pressure medication?
Yes. Set the times for each medication and Cardilog reminds you, then keeps a record of every dose taken.

Does Cardilog work with Apple Watch?
Yes. It reads the heart rate and HRV your Apple Watch records, through Apple Health.

Does Cardilog work offline?
Yes. You can log and review readings without a connection, and they are backed up to your account when you are back online.

Does Cardilog have ads?
No. Cardilog has no ads.
