I believe in enticing people to buy with a sample that shows the quality of your product. This is not the case here. All videos have the screen blurred making it impossible to see the combinations. Audio works but how can I learn form and evaluate quality of instruction if I can’t see it? If you are not a beginner and know form and technique this might not be an issue. To pay $10 a month for a products that can’t fully be evaluated is not what I do. Why not give one or two full workouts? All the other features of the app look fine otherwise. Until that happens use LOLO Or the Daily Workouts apps - free version. There is also Ruckus with free kickboxing drills.
It probably has some good exercises, but it doesn't include an interval timer or video. You have to manually click on each segment of the exercises.
Couldn't get app to work! It loads an initial screen with an arrow at the bottom, but nothing in the page would responded. Deleted it and downloaded it again, and it still didn't work!
Fitivity has the best series of fitness and athletic training apps in the App Store. The only negative being the level 1 workouts are way too advanced and required some modifications by me. I'm 53 and new to Kickboxing.
