CardioBot: Heart Rate Monitor

Cardio Activity HRV Tracker

Published by: Majid Jabrayilov

Description

CardioBot is your all-in-one solution for monitoring your heart rate and daily activities. It serves as both a heart rate monitor and an activity tracker, offering a convenient way to monitor your cardiovascular health and fitness in one place.
CardioBot uses the studies provided by the American Heart Association to build smart recommendations that help you to improve your cardiovascular system and maintain good health. App reads heart rate data measured by the Apple Watch and separates readings in low, normal, elevated, and high heart rate through different colors and charts, allowing you to see averages at a glance.
The comprehensive stress tracking system would help you better understand and manage your stress, contributing to overall improved cardiovascular health and well-being.
CardioBot also supports viewing data captured during workouts and meditations, and it can also provide the sleep analysis information for a complete dashboard of your heart rate. All of this is done with a minimal and elegant interface that makes it easy to view statistics for individual days, browse detailed timelines, and compare day-to-day changes.
This app requires an iPhone that has the Health App installed. Heart readings are read from the Apple Health, which is populated by your Apple Watch.
CardioBot requires iOS 17 and watchOS 10.

CardioBot Reviews

Notifications only worked for a few days.

A bit disappointed, I really like the app, upgraded to the premium, but the notifications only worked for the first few days. Not worth the money in my mind.

So far so good

Too many notifications

gordonross on

United States

I ended up deleting app because it would display 4 or more HRV “needs attention” notifications a day. I don’t care about HRV and no way to turn this off.

Questionable

Be prepared for being inundated with 15 junk emails a day from everything from eye issues kidney and liver supplements- name the potential malady and you’ll receive junk emails I liked it but on principle I’m opting out inside my trial period I’m disgusted they immediately sold my information

Not accurate

Mike’s walk on

United States

I walked slow for 11 minutes and then fast for 31 minutes covering 2.6 miles today. The app showed that I had 100% fat burn. The total points that I was given came to 1. I just did 13 minutes of stretches with some push-ups and it gave me 13 points.

Version 7

Timcollins345 on

The version 7 change was frustrating because I now have to click day to see my average heart rate. I track this daily and liked seeing it at a glance on the calendar view. I also noticed my heart rate average is consistently about 5% lower since that update so not sure if anything changed in how it’s calculating things too. Otherwise, still love the app!

Love this! ❤️

Very simple ands effective! Live the Trends! Esp weekly comparison of all the metrics.. It makes it easy to understand how we are progressing (even for those who are new to those terms or metrics)!

Missing Average Heart Number

luvlabs7 on

United States

Disappointed. Latest update removed the average heart number on the calendar view. This Basically makes the trend unusable. You now need to tap on each day to see your average for the day.
