I recently signed up on Cardtonic so I could get a dollar virtual card to pay for my Apple account services like Apple Music, iTunes Store etc I was issued a Virtual dollar card with a USA billing address. I was charged #2,557.50 to create the card. I was unable to used the virtual dollar card because my Apple ID is Nigerian based not USA. I reach out to them and was told to change my Apple ID account country region to USA. After so much back and forth, I decided to withdraw the money on the virtual dollar card out, they won’t let me withdraw my money to the last penny. Every transaction on Cardtonic comes at a charge including withdrawal!!!
