## Care Dokter by Mandaya Reviews in Indonesia

### *---- "Zero Practical Value After Registration"
Dear Developer and Management Team,

This app does not provide any real usefulness after registration and does not effectively help with booking doctor appointments. Even after registering, communication still has to be done manually through WhatsApp or the kiosk. Instead of simplifying the process, the app is creating additional barriers.

There is no visibility of the waiting number, no estimate of waiting time, and no confirmation of whether the doctor is available. If the intention is only to collect patient data, then a simple paper-and-pen system would be more efficient.

Please keep things simple. Avoid unnecessary complications. The application currently has many requirements but delivers zero practical value.

It would be better to hire a competent project manager or collaborate with experienced healthcare app companies globally. Financially the organization may be strong, but logically and operationally, this implementation has failed.

Before implementing such systems, ensure that your staff are properly trained. Patients should not be teaching your team how to use the system.

This app feels incomplete and poorly executed.

### *---- "Ga bisa buat appointment"
Ga bisa buat appointment
-- mychaelgoo, 2026-01-29

### ***-- "Eror"
Jika utk booking dokter sih ok cepat dan efisien. Tp aplikasi sering eror tidak dapat dibuka sama sekali. Harus delete app, instal ulang, jd tidak efisien
-- Fengshaooo, 2025-11-09

### *---- "Bug appointment"
Kelihatan bagus tapi ketika mau book appointment sama dokter keluarnya local host.
-- Subur, 2025-10-09
