## Caregiver Mobile Description
The Caregiver mobile app works in tandem with Belle X mPERS devices to offer increased peace of mind for subscribers and their loved ones.

The Caregiver app enhances the experience with Belle X mPERS devices by offering helpful information at a glance for caregivers.

With the app, caregivers can:
Locate the device on demand
Add Places that the device user frequently goes, and receive enter and exit notifications
Ring the device to help find misplaced units
Receive app notifications for button presses, falls, low battery, power off, first motion of the day, and no first motion
View button press history
Check device battery level
Check the device’s first motion history and set a target first motion time
Track steps and set a daily step goal
Monitor multiple devices and receive notifications for all devices

App does not allow for registering two pendants being monitored. Requires two separate emails and log ins. Very impractical and not beneficial for staying up to date on loved ones. Please update asap! And add Apple Watch compatibility!

The two most recent updates did not address the need to support multiple devices. Currently only a single device is supported with each sign in. This means I have to sign out and back in to monitor both parents and am potentially missing half the notifications. This largely defeats the point of the app.

While you have replied that you appreciate my feedback, I have seen no further development to address the need to support multiple devices. When will this app be modified to support multiple devices?

Works on my phone and iPad but to be really be functional for alerts please add Apple Watch compatibility!!!

This app needs to be able to stay connected to multiple pendants, and track their locations, and the vitals of the owners. If Apple can show me all my friends, this alert app should be able to show all pendants connected to it.

Very slow to refresh. Shows wrong address for my father's home. Not enough options... Could use better tracking ability, history would be very useful. Step counter is a completely useless feature. Can't believe this thing is worth $50/month. And that's the discounted price. Oh and the speaker was barely audible... And that was tested indoors. I just really hope if it IS used in a real emergency my father can actually communicate with the agent.

### *---- "WRONG ADDRESS 4x In one day??"
So far today it has given me four different addresses?? The operator or whatever you call the person who may answer the phone the day you call or not said “it’s because it’s the address is off GPS”…. Ok well here’s the thing I haven’t left my house ?? So if I fall or something actually happens where is the AMBULANCE going to GO !! Too some random house in my area …GEE THANKS ALOT TELUS FOR NOT SAVING MY LIFE !!

The app is not updating—location, steps, battery.  It is verified that the device is home but the app shows data from 1:12 pm. It is now 8:45 pm.  I have tried reinstalling app. Tried on a different device. NOT WORKING. I need this app to ensure my 85 year old mother’s safety.
