Juggling agencies and shifts, late-night and holiday premiums, and the monthly PDF you hand in: it all happens in one app. WHO CAREHOURS IS FOR - Caregivers travelling between several clients' homes - People working for more than one agency who want income broken down by agency - Anyone still tracking visits on paper or in a spreadsheet - Anyone who submits a monthly PDF activity report to their agency - Anyone watching their annual income to stay within a dependant threshold MAIN FEATURES Start and end a visit in one tap Tap when you arrive: pick the client, press "Start visit", and the record begins. When you leave, choose the service type (personal care, homemaking and so on), add a note, and save. See the visit on your Lock Screen (Live Activity) Elapsed time stays on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can keep your phone in your pocket and still finish the visit with one tap. Automatic pay estimates Set your hourly rate, late-night premium (22:00-06:00) and holiday premium, and estimated pay is calculated the moment a visit ends. Travel time can be included if you choose. Japanese public holidays (2025-2028) are detected automatically, so monthly earnings stay up to date in real time. Home Screen widgets Check this month's estimated pay and goal progress from Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. Annual income cap alerts Set a cap such as the 1.06M or 1.30M yen thresholds used in Japan, and your year-to-date estimated pay and the amount remaining are shown automatically. Colours change at 80% and 95% of the cap. Please confirm actual tax and social-insurance conditions with your employer or local authority. Recurring visit plans plus reminders Register weekly visit slots per client. They appear in the Today tab on the day, a notification arrives before the start time, and you can begin recording in one tap. Multiple clients, rates by service type Save each client's name, care service category and hourly rate. If personal care and homemaking pay differently, set a separate rate per service type. Totals by agency plus payroll reconciliation The monthly report totals income by agency. Enter what your agency actually paid you and the difference against your records appears automatically, which helps when checking pay slips or filing taxes. Transport costs Log transport costs for each visit, total them by month, and export them to CSV. Voice entry for visit notes On supported devices you can dictate your visit notes, and they are automatically formatted into bullet points. Speech is processed on the device only and is never sent anywhere. Activity records and visit history Browse past visits by month and filter by client. Edit a record and pay is recalculated automatically. PDF and CSV export Export monthly activity as a PDF in an A4 layout you can hand in to your agency. CSV lets you keep working in a spreadsheet. Note: free-version PDFs carry a watermark. Watermark-free PDFs and CSV export are Premium features. Siri Shortcuts plus Control Center Run actions such as "Start a visit in CareHours" from Siri or the Action button.
