The CareLineLive carer companion app allows care workers to view their rota, check in and out of visits, and access important client information before they arrive.

was fine when working consistently i have used this for work for a couple of years now, recently the app only freezes and you have to constantly close the app and reopen multiple times to sign for medication and bring up any information it’s so frustrating when caring is such a time restricted job especially with meds needing to be on time !!

This app is in dire need of a dark mode. Also something needs to be integrated to stop the list going back to the very top after you swipe off a client agenda from a future date. It’ll go back to the very top which is extremely frustrating especially when you’re trying to clear off newly added clients so you know where you’re at.

Why are the apps completely different on iPhone to Samsung? On Samsung you can change it to dark background & it tells you your expected finish time when in a call yet you can't on iPhone?? I'd say expected finish time is needed more then Anything for both users as trying to work out how long you've been in a care call for on top of everything else isn't good

The most recent update of the app made it worse. 
Now, when checking the client agenda, I can’t close the window, I have to completely shut down the app and open it again. With clients constantly asking who’s on the next day, that’s another waste of time to add to the already existing waste of time with the app constantly freezing. 
Also, when a visit is cancelled, there should be an option for all the tasks to “disappear”. It’s another waste of time having to go through all the tasks, select other and then having to write cancelled, as just by selecting other you need to write something in the next space.

Since the last update once you click on view client agenda you can’t go back. You have to power off and restart your phone to get back to the home page. Not ideal, as if our job isn’t hard enough.
