I have tried many apps to try and help manage my site team and found this to be the most reliable and easy to train my team on. As an admin there is a bit of training required but David, goes out of his way to get you up and running in no time. The fact that I no longer need to send emails to the site manager for problems I find that puts a stop to our work is worth the money itself. Then there is the defects and actions list and plenty other features without overcomplicating my work flow.
