CareOS is the dedicated mobile companion for healthcare workers in domiciliary care agencies. Built for the realities of home care in the UK, CareOS puts

My Day
See exactly what's happening today. Your upcoming visits, current assignment, 
and completed visits — all in one clear view.

Visit Management
Check in and check out of visits. Record visit notes, 
complete care tasks, and flag concerns in real time.

Electronic Medication Records (eMAR)
Administer and record medications safely. View the full medication schedule 
for each client, confirm administrations, and record refusals or omissions.

Care Tasks
Access the full care tasks for every client you visit. Read support needs, 
preferences, positive behavious assistance, and other specific instructions — even offline.

Body Map
Document physical observations using an interactive front and back body 
outline. Tap any zone to record a concern, select the observation type, 
and add notes.

Incident Reporting
Report incidents directly from the visit screen. Choose category and 
severity, add a description, and submit — creating an immediate record 
for your manager.

Compliance
View carer's compliance status, upload certificates, and track  mandatory training requirements. Receive alerts when documents 
are approaching expiry.

Schedule
See your full weekly rota at a glance. Browse upcoming shifts and plan 
your week.

Messages
Communicate securely with your office team. Send and receive messages 
without using personal messaging apps.

Leave Requests
Submit leave requests, view their status, and track your leave history 
directly from the app.

- FOR FAMILY MEMBERS -

Families of care recipients can log in with a family access code to:
• View their loved one's upcoming and completed visits
• See the care activity log
• Check medication administration records
• Message the care team directly

- AGENCY-PROVISIONED -

CareOS is provided by your care agency. To get started, your agency 
administrator will give you a Agency Code to sign in. The app works 
exclusively within your agency's secure CareOS environment.

Compliant with CQC requirements and NHS data standards.
