## Cargills Online Reviews in Sri Lanka

### *---- "Horrible service"
Hopeless service, if the deliveries are full, despite your selected slot they simply reschedule the order blaming the customer with a blatant lie saying phone was not answered.
Never trust their delivery slots, you will not receive within the slot time.
And if you need a coupon or refund for missed or damaged order, best of luck, you will receive after more than a month.
-- Nomorecargills, 2025-09-01

### ****- "Great app, but checkout and UI need improvements"
The app works smoothly overall and I order tracking is a great feature. However, there are two areas that could be improved:
	1.	Dynamic Island UI alignment – Some elements don’t align properly and appear too close to the edges. Fixing this would make the design look much cleaner.
	2.	Credit card promotions at checkout – It’s a bit difficult to find and apply available credit card promotions. A clearer area to select card promotions by selecting card type would be more user-friendly and it could really enhance the checkout experience.

### **--- "Discount coupons don’t work"
Recently I noticed that coupons for free delivery and discounts on vegetables and fruits conveniently don’t work.
-- ImpegaH, 2025-03-16

### *---- "very bad customer service"
they didn’t delivering at doorstep every time i orderinga from cargills online talking rudely and they said we want come to road and picked the parcel very bad customer service
-- twin has, 2025-03-08

### *---- "no common sense used by the developers"
it says some items are not available when trying to check out and in the cart it does not show the items that are unavailable. waste a lot of time removing and adding items!
-- madchin69, 2024-07-10

### ***** "Brilliant app"
I especially like the GPS based delivery tracking system. All other online supermarkets in Sri Lanka should adopt this.
-- Pradeepw, 2022-06-04

### ***-- "Pictures Displays Late"
Pictures of the products is getting late to display in the app
Taking long time to show
-- nilishasheran, 2022-05-25

### *---- "Poor service"
No point of having this app, cuz they don’t do online delivery any more as per the Location I charge. They said they did Deliveries only during the lockdown and now they don’t have adequate staff to do it.
-- Super Nimms, 2022-01-23

### **--- "No Card payment when checkout"
I tried to send some goods to my parents. But no card payment option during the checkout process. Only cash on delivery or card on delivery.
-- Warna88, 2022-01-10

### ***** "Great - both app, and how this works"
Have been using for a while . Works very well, both the app, customer service, as well as final delivery - well packed etc. Saves time .
