## CARGURU Description
CARGURU is a car sharing service. The price for use includes absolutely all costs, including fuel, parking charge and insurance. All operations, including registration, opening and closing of the car are made via our mobile application.

What makes CARGURU different from a usual car rental
Firs of all, absolutely all costs associated with the use of the car are already included in the tariff. The customer pays only for the time when he used the car. there are no hidden costs, deposits and over-payments!
Secondly, all operations, including registration, opening and closing of the car are made via our mobile application. The user does not have to go to the company’s office to sign a contract, take the car keys and return them later at an agreed place. Our clients can take the vehicle exactly in the time when they actually need to and use it as long as they want to, and leave it wherever it is convenient for them.
And finally, our clients can rent a car for a short period of time — even for 5 minutes! After all, if a client needs a car only for a short period, then why would he overpay for the time when he is not using it?
Eventually, CARGURU is something more than just car rental. This is a fundamentally new perspective on mobility and an alternative to private transport.

## CARGURU Reviews in Latvia

### *---- "Incompetent"
Useless staff
-- Hmshzfa, 2025-04-19

### *---- "Bad luck or bad app?"
Two times I have been “scammed”.
1) I had gotten 30%, 50% discount coupons, turns out they only work up to 5eur….. deceiving practice at best.
2) Yesterday I took the 24h deal for a car, today I wake up and see it is using the basic rate and we need to pay 2x more than originally planned.

Overall bad taste in my mouth after those incidents, competitors never have such problems.
-- Yorker12, 2025-04-18

### *---- "Bad communication!Registration!"
Horrible communication, if they don’t like your profile photo that you make. They don’t approve your account. You can wait ages, they will not call you and communicate, unless you call them.Profile will stay pending.
-- Latvian citizen., 2025-04-12

-- tonyGella, 2025-03-23

### *---- "Extremely expensive costs"
I want to beg you bring back “Main basic , Secret basic , 2 days
-- groba2373, 2025-03-07

### **--- "Super glitchy and loads forever"
The app takes forever to load while the rent is active, which means that it’s eating up money when I try to finish the ride. One time I even got logged out during the ride and it wouldn’t log me back in several times. If not for a big car coverage I would have never used it, technical issues have been going on for ages and the developers don’t seem to fix anything
-- оврйрйлйлц, 2025-01-28

### ***** "Best Car rental app in town"
Honestly, throughout the years living in Riga I’ve been in situations when I rapidly need to get to destination, but have no time to wait for taxi. Carguru is the perfect solution, as they’re offering best prices in town along with the cleanest and freshest vehicles (tried all other competitor apps), also they have the best support system. Highly recommend to anyone who’s valuing their time and comfort
-- DmitrijTrofLV, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Hidden charges"
Hidden charges
-- Angry person111, 2024-11-29

### *---- "Not good"
App doesnt work, cant get any car, customer support not working as well. Worst car sharing app there is…
-- honest opinion 69, 2024-11-09

### ***-- "Cost"
Prices could be better…
-- Dv8900, 2024-11-08
