O mizerie!

O mizerie de servicii! Nu o sa mai folosesc ever acest serviciu de curierat! Daca ar fi prost ar fi foarte okay, dar e total useless! Nu le functioneaza customer service at all, trimiterile raman blocate prin depozite, etc. Mai bine le duci personal! O mizerie!!

Nu poti sa amani livrarea unui colet din aplicatie, am incercat sa iau legatura cu cineva de la suport, dar de fiecare data se inchide chat-ul pe motivul inactivității mele. Nu pot sta cu aplicatia deschisa 20 de min, pana imi raspunde cineva. Puteti da un raspuns chiar daca persoana in cauza e inactiva in acel moment. Nu mai zic de ux in zona asta de chat, tastatura o cam ia razna

Cand am fost de acord sa primesc notificări nu ma refeream la oferte. Pe lângă ca am instalat aplicația doar sa găsesc locația exactă de unde să ridic coletul (care apropo, e la aproximativ 50metri depărtare într-un loc care are pe usa o groază de afișe, mic neînsemnat și Cargus pierdut pe acolo). Ultima dată când comand cu Cargus la Pickup Point dacă am alte opțiuni.

Needs major improvements, the UI is getting out of hand, sometimes it’s all jumbled up and you can’t see the status of your parcel for ex.
