I was recommended by my GP in the U.K.
After I started going into the perimenopause at 45. And this app worked a treat. Made me understand my symptoms changing in my body etc. 
But lately the app has been crashing a LOT. 
So I got in contact with support. And they have been helping but it still crashes. And yes I have updated my iPhone, still crashes. 
So unfortunately I am now searching for another app for menopause sadly.
Nice when it lasted.

Turning the corner of 50, I found myself frequently waking up with a strange new unpleasantness in either pain or discomfort that ended up making me think something was seriously wrong. The joints in my hands hurt, my legs were so restless at night I couldn’t sleep and I often had severe backache. Joining the community here; I’ve learnt all of these things are typically related to the menopause. This app provides a fabulous share of stories, symptoms and tips on how to deal with menopause. It’s been a life saviour for me (and probably also my husband ;-))
