La richiesta comporta la compilazione di una scheda con informazioni circa la merce da trasportare, la località, il giorno l’orario ed il destinatario. Ogni richiesta viene notificata ad un responsabile, il Planner, che provvede a smistarle ai bikers in servizio tramite un applicativo WEB.
