## caring@home Description
The free caring@home app supports health professionals, families and carers helping a person who has chosen to be cared for, and to die at home, if possible. 
The app enables health professionals to easily view, download or print the suite of free and best practice caring@home resources for carers, health professionals and clinical services. The resources enable health professionals to teach families and carers to help manage practical care and end-of-life symptoms, including safely managing subcutaneous medicines. 

The app can be used offline, making it ideal for health professionals working in rural or remote parts of Australia without reliable internet coverage. 
Select carer resources have been translated into nine languages commonly spoken in Australia.

The app has been produced by Brisbane South Palliative Care Collaborative (BSPCC), Metro South Health as part of the caring@home project. caring@home is funded by the Australian Government and conducted by a consortium led by BSPCC.
