## Carlile Swim Description
Whether you have a tentative swimmer or a tenacious competitor, Carlile Swimming has got it covered.

Our team of highly qualified experts understand kids, our pools are designed for kids, underpinned by a long history of excellence in aquatic education.

It started with our founders, Forbes and Ursula Carlile, legendary sports scientists and coaches. They pioneered modern swimming techniques – coaching Olympic champions and opening their first swim school in 1955.

We’ve since continued to perfect our award winning teaching program, delivering quality and consistency in every lesson, and helping thousands of kids to be safer around water.

## Carlile Swim Reviews in Australia

### ***** "5 STARS, NO COMPLAINTS"
Best swim school I have ever attended(I have been to 4 different ones).
I am a kid there and it is clean and hygienic. The coaches are very good at teaching and show kindness towards every kid.
I love how the app shows how close you are to moving up a level and I have gone from not knowing how to do somersaults to almost perfecting them. If you want your children to improve their swimming skills, send them to Carlile Swimming.

### *---- "Terrible app"
There is more wrong than right with this app
Very few features, app can be difficult to use, Often logs you out, Login details can’t be saved
Its more of a control app because the kids can’t swim unless the parents accept their ever changing policies on the app
But most of the policies don’t launch on the app
And you can’t easily access the policies anywhere else
So it’s just to allow Carlile to harass families into accepting things without being able to read any details
-- Medent8, 2024-09-06

### *---- "Update not ideal"
This latest update makes the tool bar hover over the bottom of the screen and covers access to the QR code to book kids into class. Not helpful. Poor design. Please fix.
-- Ggdsdghkhhh, 2024-05-06

### *---- "When the key pad on focus, push the view up"
When you are making an optional comment on the absence view the keypad covers up the comment text input field.

When the keypad is on, pushing the view up so the user can see the entering text while typing is a pretty basic iOS development practice.

Appreciate if you guys can fix the existing bugs before introducing new features. Cheers.

### *---- "Never Works"
What’s the point of having an app and asking parents to use it if it never works.
It never allows you to login and gets stuck on a blank blue screen no matter how many times you enter the username and password. For such a reputable company, it is disappointing that the app is this useless.

### *---- "Unable to login"
After re-downloading it, just doesn’t let me login , only the web version does. Needs to be fixed
-- Peco05, 2023-08-17

### *---- "Poor support for password managers. No support contact."
Extremely frustrating to deal with when used with a password manager. The contact app dev link on the App Store just redirects me to the generic website. That’s not what it’s for.
Please fix this. The copy paste of passwords has been broken for months. Fix it.

### *---- "Lacking the basics"
As others have noted this App is a frustrating experience. It regularly requires me to re-sign in (it is not banking, it does not need to be that secure!), and always requires re-selecting the venue. The QR codes used to sign in are hidden away, they should be front and center. All this leads to delays and frustration when arriving at the swim center with an inpatient toddler.
-- daMuzza, 2022-07-01

### *---- "Terrible"
Disgusting the waters r full of piss and the teachers are terrible
-- blitZerBOYz, 2021-11-12

### **--- "Terrible UI"
Mostly used for QR codes for entry to venue. However every single time, despite being logged in, i have to chose the venue my child swims at.

Then another three clicks after that to get the code, which isn’t terrible, but could be better.
