What’s the point of having an app and asking parents to use it if it never works. It never allows you to login and gets stuck on a blank blue screen no matter how many times you enter the username and password. For such a reputable company, it is disappointing that the app is this useless.

After re-downloading it, just doesn’t let me login , only the web version does. Needs to be fixed

Extremely frustrating to deal with when used with a password manager. The contact app dev link on the App Store just redirects me to the generic website. That’s not what it’s for. Please fix this. The copy paste of passwords has been broken for months. Fix it.

As others have noted this App is a frustrating experience. It regularly requires me to re-sign in (it is not banking, it does not need to be that secure!), and always requires re-selecting the venue. The QR codes used to sign in are hidden away, they should be front and center. All this leads to delays and frustration when arriving at the swim center with an inpatient toddler.

Disgusting the waters r full of piss and the teachers are terrible

Mostly used for QR codes for entry to venue. However every single time, despite being logged in, i have to chose the venue my child swims at. Then another three clicks after that to get the code, which isn’t terrible, but could be better.

This APP never remembers our location, and continues to randomly log me out. It also doesn’t sync with my phone, like other APPs do, to enable me to save the password. Time wasted continuously logging in, after resetting passwords, which I would rather spend on something productive. I now dread going to swimming lessons with/for my son.

Makeup tokens are still not displaying properly and I have updated the app just now. Can you fix please? It is very annoying!

Please improve signing process. My location does not change, yet I have to choose, navigate and generate a QR code then flip my phone around for your device to scan my code? 5 points of navigation to login screen does not sound much but when consider load time with armful if bags with kids, it’s just not a good experience.

The only thing that bothers me, is it seems every week or 2 when I show up to my lesson, and I want to use my QR code to sign in, it has either forgotten my location (can I at least make a favourite so I don’t need to scroll?) or I have to log in again (and my phone doesn’t help me out and make that easier either). If that part was more convenient, I’d give 5 stars
