## Carline Hound Description
Carline Hound is the #1 app for school car rider line dismissal efficiency and safety. We take the hair pulling frustration out of organizing your students for dismissal to the car rider line. An extremely simple app for a complex job.

Major Features:

-- Dismiss car riders to the carline from the classroom or a large assembly point, you chose.
-- Only one low cost subscription for the entire school. One person pays and then invites others to join Carline Hound.
-- Ability to display your list on a large TV or Smartboard. Let everyone see the upcoming carline and car rider names.
-- Choose how many pickup spots there are in your school's car line pickup location.
-- Move backwards and forwards through the car rider dismiss list.
-- Upload a bulk spreadsheet XLSX file with car rider names, numbers, and children's teachers.
-- Each new user must be approved by the school before joining.
-- All Carline Hound accounts are email verified and password protected for security and privacy.

Only one subscription to Carline Hound is required for an entire school's worth of users. One person needs to subscribe, then that person can invite other users. Each individual user does not need to subscribe. Carline Hound is intended to be used by school administrators, not parents.

To use this app, each car rider family needs to be assigned a number. A spreadsheet in XLSX format is uploaded to the app. This file will contain car line rider names, numbers, and teachers associated with the children in the car.

When cars arrive into the car rider carline they should display the number which was assigned to them. If the car is a carpool picking up multiple families, display those numbers as well. A car line "walker" will record the numbers shown by each car on the "Walker" screen of the app. Up to 4 carpool numbers can be entered per vehicle.

Meanwhile, the Marshal is in the assembly area. They are watching the "Marshal" view. As the walker progresses down the car rider line, numbers and names will begin to appear on the "Marshal" view. As students are lined up and ready to proceed to the cars, the Marshal will "dismiss" a group. This will make the next group show up in the Marshal view. This process continues until all students have been dismissed.

The third view is "Classroom View". This view shows the upcoming students for each specific teacher's classroom. Each teacher will watch this view and know when to send a car rider to the assembly point. As the Marshal dismisses groups, the "Classroom View" advances as well.

The final view is "Large Display". This view shows the upcoming groups of students. This view is meant to be broadcast onto a large screen using Apple Airplay mirroring or shown . This allows everyone in the room to watch and be ready to dismiss. As the Marshal dismisses groups, the "Large Display" advances as well.

For a fraction of the cost of competing solutions, Carline Hound will help your school speed up your car rider dismissal process.

## Carline Hound Reviews in United States

### ***** "Summer Camp"
Carline Hound has made running our day camp pick up SO easy!! They are AMAZING!!
-- Kristyg1980, 2026-06-02

### ***** "Wonderful"
Great app
-- Miamimerger, 2026-01-15

### ***** "Excellent customer service!"
The app creator responded right away to even my most menial questions. The app has helped our dismissal to be more efficient and safe.
-- TesiaJR, 2025-10-08

### ****- "Great"
I love this app. It makes my job much easier. The only thing I wish was different is the amount of kids to a car. It only allows 4 kids and I have several families that have 5-6 kids.
-- Misshume, 2025-09-26

### ***** "Car line"
Great app!!
-- tangosmommy, 2025-09-16

### ***** "Just get it!"
I used Carline Hound at my previous school. When I retired from that state and came to my new school, I saw how Carline Hound could help our dismissal process here, too.
-- Strve A., 2025-09-05

### ***-- "Could be better"
There have been different times that the app is delayed in relaying the information to classrooms which slows down dismissal.

It would be beneficial for our school to be able to have two line walkers as we have 150 cars in different locations.
-- Mrs Kaser, 2024-12-19

### ***** "My rate"
I love this thank you for putting this app in apps
-- Gamb444, 2024-11-22

### ****- "Good app"
The app is really useful and makes car lines go much quicker. However, there are some things on the app that I would change. I would have the numbers you were typing in get smaller instead of the keyboard moving down because if you are typing quickly, you click the wrong buttons. I would also switch the red circle to be the delete number button and the back arrow to be the backspace button.

### ***** "It WORKS!!! Love Carline Hound"
Carline Hound works! The car rider dismissal process from Carline Hound enables us to quickly and effectively dismiss our students daily and for events. It is a MUST-Have for us!
