The app needs lots of work. It is difficult to log in, the deals aren’t very good and it is glitchy. Honestly, I like to use my restaraynt apps so the apps hassle and glitchyness encourage me to avoid Carls Jr. And even when I am in store, workers just do oh well…at least other places they’ll still honor what is in the app if you can’t get it working.

Good app, doesn’t crash, good rewards & deals, but it really does need an Apple Pay option!

Ordered 2 burgers in North Hollywood! Overcharged, ice machine broke, no “free item!”, asked for grilled onions… Nothing!!! Tasted like dog food!!! Even McDonald’s nay not be great, but they get it right and the food is pretty good!!! Carl’s needs a do over! Never again!!!!

Never had such a frustrating experience on a fast food app. Signed up the app to be able to order online, what a joke. It cannot go any further than your nearest restaurant. OK I know where it is. I know the address but it can’t find it. Once I get to that step, it is virtually frozen there. So I guess McDonald’s will get my business.

Wouldn’t let me cancel even right after placing the order. Also it’s 2024 and no apple pay lol

The app works ok but there’s not enough customization options and no option to get sauces or condiments on the side.

This app would be laughable if it didn’t make me want to smash my phone every time I tried to use it. Hangs forever trying to place an order, pulls up the wrong order when trying to scan receipts, name it. Giving up.

Please be careful ordering with offers or rewards. When I attempted to use an offer it was removed upon checkout. A seemingly free item changed to full price.

Does not appear there is a way to order a burger with a lettuce wrap instead of a bun.
