Scam pricing
After purchasing the Carly device via their website, Carly lets you use the info system about your car for some time. Then suddenly you have to go and buy their subscription plan, which on the website gives you one price, but through the app it tries to charge almost triple amount. After contacting support is is just stated that Apple pay charges them this extra amount. That would be the only app that has that price difference. Therefore I believe their whole project is a setup to pull money out of customers without previous full notice about resl pricing.
Not worth it
I bought this scanner just few days ago, I was hooked for their advertising for coding and used car check features, this was something unique and I really saw opportunities in them. To my disappointment both features DO NOT work, without mentioning it anywhere, so I will request a refund asap. Do not trust the adverts.

I bought the carly adapter thinking that will give me a better view of my car functionality but sadly I was extremely disappointed, the app + device is doing what other cheap obd2 adapters and free car app readers are doing! Really not worth the money!
Loved, but no more
I really loved this app, there was fast support so it was worth to pay this money, but now, support respond in 1 week, my last question (2weeks ago) is still not responded. Bmw older than 2008 are not getting New improves, but they can have much more stuff than this app can do... Believed in some updates, but nothink comes(for 3 years). Tottaly not worth anymore.

The app is made very well and easy to use.
I take my adapter with me every time I drive so i can monitor the cars performance and “health”.
I’m also a cars dealer with used BMW’s and I must say that Carly saved me a lot of money on service and repairs.
Plus the customer support is outstanding.
I had some questions and i got a reply within an hour. I must say they are very helpful and friendly especially “Nejra”.
All in all you get the best diag. app i have came across.
