I have just had my subscription automatically renewed after the year I paid for has expired. I received no notification whatsoever prior to this period concluding from Carly, resulting in my account being charged for another full year. Upon asking for the subscription to be cancelled and my payment refunded, I have been informed that the company does not issue refunds.
On BMW e90 I could never perform a succesful coding. Many DTCs remain hidden for the same car. Many live data streams are not working (e.g. DPF regeneration status). I use this app for several years, it is getting worse and worse.
Deeply disappointed in product. Base version my @ss, it is incapable of such basic features like clearing error codes or even showing dtc-s, all you get is a high level summary "27 issues with engine". After reading more times it kept causing more issues... it is kot true that this tool is not affecting your car! The full version is subscription based - BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR SAVED CARD UPON UPGRADING! Any elm327 based obd reader app is working with this reader, so now I've spent 10x on an elm327 reader that I'm using with 3rd party free apps... GREAT EXAMPLE WHY TO READ T&C CAREFULLY!

I bought a subscription, because they promised full access to car data. When I tried to scan a car no data available. In order to have it I should buy the Carly adapter for 60 eur. THERE WAS NO WARNING BEFORE THE PURCHASE FOR THAT. Asked for refund.
I like the product also. But the most important thing. This is the best support what i've ever seen. Fast and frendlyfull!!!! Thank you.
30/1 connection is successful And 10/1 module communication. Unusable the gen2 adapter with ios 13.3.1
On e87 i cannot read engine fault codes with carly. Other modules are readable. On e60 i have no problem, it is a great app.
