This app is perfect for finding issues with your car and has saved me alot of money on reparations. It is also alot you can modfy whith carly too. I have no problem recommending this app and adapter. Their customerservice is also very helpfull when needed.
Very good for my 2005 BMW
Used it for years. Saved me a lot of money. But my car is 2005 so its a bit disapointing that every app update state this: -Extended repair & maintenance guides for all available vehicles in Carly starting 2007
Yearly subscription plan? No thank you.
Carly clearly thinks people have fat stacks of cash, and inflation is a boogeyman that doesn’t exist. It’s delusional to force users to sign a 1year-pay now plan, when it’s this expensive! I’d love to give carly a higher ranking, but company greed does not deserve respect! Shame on you!
Terrible customer service
Luring people in to a subscription they don't want and expect people to find the small print on their website after. Who visits websites of products they bought really? I don't... So when they charge the subscription they can say "hey it says so on the website" and refer to having to cancel a month before renewal or "they can't help"... Just TERRIBLE customer service! I delete my account and the dongle will be crushed in to a million pieces very soon!

Not good for VW
Bought premium subscription bundled with OBD2 scanner. When the app was used to disable engine automatic start/stop, it instead disabled windshield washer fluid pump, the rear wipers and cigaret lighter power output. As these functions is not used daily, it tooks some hours of investigation to reset the faulty programming. Based on the faulty programming, this app seems to be poorly testet, and I will not be using it more for my car. I will NOT recommend others to buy this product. There are better/safer options. WARNING: Carly is selling app subscriptions with automatic renewal of annual subscriptions. You cant see the renewal setting in the app, or in Apple App store, and have to email Carly to have it cancelled.
