Ich hatte mir dies letztes Jahr gekauft anfangs war auch alles gut dann kam die Meldung das ich einen neuen Adapter benötige wegen ein Upgrade und der neue Adapter mir zugeschickt wird, dieser wurde mir nie zugeschickt und als ich beim Support nachgefragt habe haben die so getan ob ich bei Ihnen nicht registriert bin wo ich die Rechnung Ihnen gezeigt habe wollten Sie Nix davon wissen und ich konnte die App nur 3 Monate nutzen.
Daher aufpassen aus meiner Sicht sind es Betrüger da ich für ein Jahr bezahlt habe und die mich abgezogen haben.

Fahre einen VW Golf und für den gibt es reichlich Codiermöglichkeiten. Für mich war Start-Stop zu deaktivieren, ein Kaufkriterium. Auch mache ich den Ölwechsel selber und kann den Intervall(Serviceanzeige)mit Carly zurücksetzen. Würde aber auch ohne Carly gehen, bei mir über das Bordinstrument. 
Das man aber das Carly-Abo selbst kündigen muss und es nicht einfach automatisch selbst ausläuft(1 Jahr Laufzeit), finde ich selber auch schade aber das machen andere ja auch. Darum finde ich eine 1 Stern Bewertung deswegen, nicht wirklich fair.

Für meinen Hyundai Ionic5 Jg. 2023 keinerlei Codierungen vorzunehmen. Auf der Homepage nicht ersichtlich was mit der App resp. Carly-Codierstick alles bei der entsprechenden Automarke und Modell gemacht werden kann. Homepage ist nicht wirklich übersichtlich.
Ich würde Carly NICHT wieder KAUFEN.

Sehr viele Tipps und Einstellungen vorhanden für viele marken ,leider war  meiner Auto marke nicht dabei, war ja auch ein spezieller Hersteller (Infiniti)
Die Preis fürs erst Beschaffung ist okay aber die jährliche Abo kosten fand ich schon ziemlich teuer.

Mir die app ich soll es neu aktualisieren. 
Danach ging nichts mehr ob wohl ich das vor ca.2015/16 gekauft habe und noch die passene adapter. Steht jetzt drauf ich habe keine abonomet soll den zahlungsbelg nr geben den find ich nicht mehr

Ich fasse mich kurz: 
- Adapter funktioniert nicht 
- Support kontaktiert 
- Support verspricht neuer Adapter kommt 
- seit 14.11. hin und her 
- 29.11. haben diese Nachricht erhalten (siehe unten) 
- An Carly legt den Fokus auf euere Kunden! Wenn ihr weiter so handelt freue ich mich sehr über eure selbstverschuldete Insolvenz zu lesen😊

Beim Kauf von Carly gerät heißt nicht dass Mann jedes Jahr eine Lizenz kaufen soll sondern lebenslang Lizenz nach eine Jahr kommt mir 113.90.- um Lizenz zu erweitern so was von Frechheit sorry aber es soll jede Kunde Orientiert sein und nicht Abzocken.
