My first time using Carmel and they cared expectations from reservation until drop off!! They quickly fixed an error at reservation and the driver was on time for pickup. Car was clean. She was courteous. The safety of knowing who your driving is was a plus
First time using their services. Used Carmel to and from EWR to Manhattan. The SUV's were clean, the drivers were on time and courteous. Definitely will use their services again. The app was very easy to use when reserving and using it for pick up. It also has the drivers pic and vehicle lic. number to make sure you get into the right vehicle. Another feature is the ability to ping the driver to make sure it’s the right one. Overall, the app is very easy to use.
I had a grand total of 48 hrs to pack up my life for a two month work stint in California. Add to that, I’m the primary caregiver for my Father. After packing up everything I set up a ride to JFK with Carmel. The car was clean and large enough for everyone and everything. The driver was thoughtful and kind, even attempted to help my Father in and out of the vehicle. Safe driver and we’ll versed with alternative routes to avoid traffic. I would be so lucky to get the same driver every time I book with Carmel. This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it"

I’ve taken Carmel several times to both LGA and JFK. Every time the driver has arrived early and provided a stress free ride. Highly recommended.
Carmel is always reliable. You might a ride share app for your spontaneous pickups but I don’t take chances when I need to go to the airport. Drivers are always early, and the cars clean. The app makes it easy to schedule rides. Don’t risk a late or no show pickup! Use Carmel.
The app is very easy to use whether you’re going from one address to another or planning drop off and pickups for round trip plane rides. Follow up from Carmel through texts takes the travel anxiety away. No need to contact them once you have placed your order with the app. Two weeks after placing an order I had a driver at the airport within 15 minutes of my arrival. I’ll definitely continue to use Carmel and its app.
Two years in a row, Carmel has canceled a reserved car (already paid as well) at the last minute and with no options offered. Awful service - use someone else.
Carmel offers superior service at a great price! I take it from JFK to Babylon area for around $80. Uber wanted $125! The drivers are on time, courteous and the vehicles are clean. The app is easy to use to book drives. If you need to cancel, it’s a snap. Disclosure: I am receiving $10 in Carmel Car Cash for my review.
My driver was going to be 15 mins late but Carmel called me in advance to let me know. Driver apologized when he arrived and was very pleasant and helpful with my luggage!
