THE BRIEF

Pick a window — since your last session, the past week, or custom dates — and Carnet assembles:

• Source notes — every entry that mattered, full text linked

• Possible themes — patterns you can inspect, not conclusions you have to accept
• Agenda ideas — things you might want to bring up

Edit anything. Copy or export the Markdown brief and bring it to therapy.
