Use the Carnival HUB app to share your cruise countdown with friends, then explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more. When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.
As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.

The hun app was extremely helpful Everyday so easy to use and check out what was happening. You pretty much knew what was going to be on and where to eat& drink Very useful tool
Splendor
Just completed my second cruise on Splendor, absolutely love being on board and this app makes cruising life so much easier, it keeps you up to date with everything that’s happening on the ship. 2025 cruise is already booked and as soon as I get home and sailings are uploaded I’ll be booking 2026. Love Carnival 🖤🖤🖤

Carnival hub app
The app is a great idea and makes things clear to understand and keep in touch with family members on the ship. Unfortunately the constant dropouts lets it down immensely. If you could improve the dropouts/wi-fi disconnections the app would be fantastic.
Why charge to chat?
It is bad enough that we are now forced to be locked to our phone whilst on holiday but to be charged to chat when other cruise lines have it included is just being cheap.
Connecting while cruising
Great way to keep in touch with everyone in our group and see what was going on each day too . Amazing time on the cruise !! And lovely crew and very entertaining cruise director . He made the social nights sooo good .
Great for chat
Worked well to contact people in our group, bit disappointing that people who paid for premium internet had to pay on top of that to use chat, $8 for the whole cruise was good value.
Absolutely Amazing
The entire cruise incredible, the shows at the end of the night were astounding. One performer, Campbell, was amazing and stood out so much. My sister and I saw him around the boat a few times and he was so friendly and fun to be around. The service was so good, our waiter Salusta, was very entertaining and made a new towel animal for my younger sister every night. The cruise director, Simon, was such a good vibe and would get everyone involved in the dance party’s whether they were watching from the upper levels or sitting around the dance floor. All around the cruise was absolutely amazing and we all had a lovely jubley time. 10/10 would recommend.
Great idea
This app is a great idea can keep in contact with all your travel buddies will definitely be using this for all my cruises hopefully in the future we will be able to call our buddies as well on this app
