Buyers expect free things and rude
This app lacks effective management and its customer service behaves like an automated system, providing no real solutions. My account has been suspended multiple times without any substantial evidence, solely based on vague statements. It appears they haven’t thoroughly investigated the data. Additionally, users on this platform tend to be impolite and expect free services. The app cited an unresolved transaction as the reason for my account suspension, but I can confirm that my account had no prior communication with the mentioned account. Given the unlikely coincidence of someone else using the same account name, I am convinced this app is subpar.
Everything is about money now
When I first started using the app it was great, there was a lot of freedom as both a buyer and a seller. But now with new policies implemented, everything is about money: you can’t reply to more than 30 people per category per month or list more than 30 items in the same category unless you pay to buy coins or become premium or something. I understand the developers need to pay the staff but it’s just too much for regular users such as myself.
