The customer service will not help
I had trouble because I didn’t it get what I thought I had ordered (I thought I was getting two things in one order, it turns on the seller meant to sell only one of either one on the post ) and the customer service was no help at all— like they just wasted to waist your time. They kept getting disconnected and then asking you the same thing over. The other issue is that your address is revealed to the seller (and vice-versa) so there’s not much privacy involved.
Buyer protection is poor
Sellers rarely used on-platform payment method for services or products, and when scams happen they give virtually zero support. Rating system is not accurate as it only grade a seller/buyer by transactions done thru the platform. As mentioned earlier, many transactions are brought off platform, thus not reflected on the users' rating. When created a listing to warn others about the scam, they were instead very fast to bring it down and give a warning. They only care about having people using the platform and not the protection against scams. They only give warnings when using the app, nothing more. For examples, just search online for carouhell.

交易結束後錢會被扣留4天左右
不懂為什麼有這樣的規則？雖然手續費只有2%在台灣想贏過蝦皮，不改掉一些奇怪規定也很難做起來。
