Hattie at Carrabba’s in Hickory NC makes the food taste better. She’s a credit to the entire Carrabba’s organization and makes the whole dining experience a pleasure that keeps me coming back.

Glitches

What is the point of having a rewards system if you can’t sign into it. I order a lot of food for my family and it would be nice to get some sort of reward especially this time in.

I can never log into your app to see my account. I’ve changed passwords, reset, updated the app. It’s one of the worst apps I’ve used. Look at other people’s apps to see how to build a wonderful customer experience, because this isn’t it!!

I appreciate security with credit cards, BUT having a credit card automatically removed from the app because of incorrectly entering the 3 digit security code is ridiculous. Normal, non-criminal people make mistakes typing info on their phone.

Carrabbas’s enlisted the help of diner’s reward. It promised a reward for signing up. However, every time it says on the Carrabba’s app or website “use your reward” and has a “button” (aka link) to click on, it will not redeem-says invalid. I cannot use the reward. This was a joint venture between Carrabbas and diner’s club/reward, they should honor and fix the app and website application.

The only option is to order now and either delivery or curbside. Most of the time, we are planning on eating at the restaurant later and just want to browse through the menu to get an idea of what we may want to order. Always have to close the app and go to the website so we can see the menu. Please add a menu feature to the app

New app is small - will not expand to full screen on my iPad. Calorie count is not on item picture any more - take several clicks to find it. When you do find it, it is a lot of info on a small screen. Also, Dine Rewards seems to no longer work. I receive emails that I have rewards about to expire. When I go to Carrabba’s or Outback, they can never find any Dine Rewards for me. We eat there a lot. My friends say they have quit trying to redeem awards.

All of the Carrabba’s menu items are not available on the app as they previously were.
