Be aware of rentals in hawaii
Be aware of rentlas in hawaii they are charging cancellation fee and no flexibility to reschedule even within 5 mins. All their policies are made to earn them money

App is freezing and not working most of the time with message: “It is something wrong on our side, please try later”.

Unable to select a location
Useless. iPhone 14. New install. Can’t use the app.
Bad service
I paid my deposit and still had trouble getting a car when I tried to get some assistance it kicked me out the system completely and I never got any help
Hidden Fees
My last rental, I picked up, prepaid 3 months in advance and the rental car place charged me an additional 300 dollars. Be aware when you rent
Lack of locations
Not clear that the site cannot be used other than local ? Confusing and problematic from the start. Too bad site isn’t a user friendly/ accessible APP. 1 star is even a bit much
