### ***-- "Where's the Auxiliary Heat Mode...???"
6/26/2025:  At last, AuxHeat mode selection added, and is apparently functional.  Thank you.

3/27/2025: Just updated… Still disappointed.  Why is it so hard to add AuxHeat as a selectable mode?

3/2/2025: Latest update still does not have AuxHeat selection option even though the graphic in the App Store shows it for both iPad and iPhone.  Hopeful that the app improvements will continue and that feature will actually be included soon…

Old app allowed selection of Auxiliary Heat Mode, new app doesn't (thankfully the browser interface still does - critical for remote vacation home).  Since it's a function of the equipment, please put that option back in the app.

Nothing more infuriating than the app logging you out randomly twice in the last few weeks and having to go and reset password which brings you to an “Oops” error page. Do better guys. Good lord

We have only had issues since the update. I like the older version so much better! If my wall thermostat changes to be like the app I will be replacing it. I change the temperature only to realize nothing has changed. I’m locked out of the app, says my password is wrong - reset password, oops something went wrong. Recycle and repeat.

Carrier actually updated what I thought was just a dead app. This app is fantastic now. I logged in, in an attempt to update my schedules, thinking it was going to be a headache. I actually backed out of the app, because I couldn’t believe it was the carrier app. Thank you for the update.

Finally. They are updating slowly to get all the tools/features that we use to get.
App currently is reliable, works and again, new features. Can adjust temp, vacation, schedule, mode (heat, cool, both, off), fan, etc.

We bought the thermostat with new furnace/AC system in part because the accompanying app mirrored the wall stat display for ease of use. Rather than make the app compatible with latest iOS, Carrier trashed the original app and replaced it with this new limited one with different GUI. It functions, but not as well. For example, it is not intuitively clear what is the setpoint vs actual temperature when looking at the display. "Heating" means it's in heating mode, not that the furnace is actively running (like the actual wall display shows). Same for cooling. Maintenance reminders, humidity setpoints and many more features seem to have been abandoned in this dumbed-down version. Disappointing, but better than no iOS control at all.
