## Carrier Wi Reviews in United States

### *---- "So dumb"
I'm constantly having to re-log in to the app with my email and password. It's so inconvenient and unnecessary. Phone apps are supposed to make things easier. So quite often I'll just go to the thermostat instead of using the app. Kinda defeats the whole purpose.
-- kayroq, 2021-12-09

### *---- "App is full of bugs, just as bad as the thermostats"
Frustrating app to use, doesn’t display any weather
-- Instamasta5000, 2021-06-29

### *---- "Useless"
After connecting only with my iPhone but not my iPad, this app now refuses to connect to Carrier from my iPhone as well. Returns “invalid user or password” message even though I can log into Carrier with the same credentials via a browser. The app no longer merits a single star since it won’t function at all.
-- Beepa4, 2020-12-15

### *---- "Don’t bother"
Seems to basically useless, like a prototype of an app that was never finished. No functionality, ugly and outdated design.
-- psnchckn, 2020-10-13

### *---- "Update the app & fix it"
This app constantly locks up my iPhone X, won’t switch to the other unit any more and is stuck managing my unit run by Ecobee. This app is flawed - please fix it & let us get an ounce of utility for it. I can’t even adjust the schedule!
-- atuttle, 2020-06-21

### *---- "App Software Needs Updating"
I have had the Carrier app for 2 years now, and lately when I try to make adjustments from the app, it won’t connect to their server. Software is in drastic need of updating.
-- yfd39, 2020-01-23

### *---- "MY WIFE AND I DESPISE THIS APP"
If I could give it zero stars I would
This app is lacking big time. This is very generic. We spent good money on two units. You guys are going backwards in the technology field.
-- Tarheel812, 2019-09-21

### *---- "Do not install"
The developers of this app should resign from ever getting involved with creating apps again. Functionally is extremely limited and there is no way to switch out of the app - you need to shut off your phone and restart it to do so.
-- ExcellentReviewerHappyTime, 2019-09-08

### *---- "App needs major upgrade!"
This app is horrible. Carrier, please invest in upgrading it.
-- DH1775, 2019-08-19

### *---- "Freezes phone"
All it does is freeze up my phone, instead of the air!
-- Vivaiz, 2019-07-24
